Outline of Research at the Start

リンパ浮腫早期診断の実現のため、本研究では次の3つの研究目標を掲げる。(1)間質タンパク質濃度cと脂肪組織弾性率Kとを同時・高精度にイメージングする誘電分光電気インピーダンス・トモグラフィー(ds-EIT)法を確立する。(2)リンパ浮腫を発症させたブタにds-EIT法を適用し、cとKとの経過観察により、進行に伴う物理パラメータを考慮したリンパ浮腫進行モデルを構築する。(3) 他モダリティであるICG蛍光法と粘弾性計測法を用いて、ds-EIT法の精度検証を行い、リンパ浮腫進行モデルと病理診断とを併用したリンパ浮腫進行の学理探索を行う。本研究成果により、リンパ浮腫進行の学術的解釈と早期診断法を実現する。
