Outline of Research at the Start |
近年, 3Dプリント技術で連続炭素繊維複合材料を造形することが可能になりつつあるが,従来の3Dプリンターでは強度低下の要因となるボイドが残留している.本研究は,ボイドを2%以下に減らすために,ボイド形成機構の解明と特殊ノズル開発を目指す.樹脂の低粘度状態がボイド形成に影響していることに着目し,ノズル近傍の材料内部温度分布とボイド形状の時刻歴変化に基づき,樹脂流動からボイドトラップ・残留までの機構を明らかにする.
