Outline of Research at the Start |
We will develop a new method to genetically target a synthetic voltage-sensitive dye, ANNINE-6, to neurons in vivo. We will test this method to show its viability in the cerebellum. As soon as the method is established we will us the method to study the timing of dendritic complex spikes in vivo during a licking task.
