Outline of Research at the Start |
Glioblastoma (GB) is the most common, and deadliest, adult brain tumor. In this work, we will elucidate the role that tRNA plays in GB pathophysiology and identify novel strategies to target this process for GB therapeutics. This work will unveil novel pathological mechanisms that regulate GB outcome and response to therapeutics and will directly lead to the development of novel pharmaceutical and gene-based therapies.
