Outline of Research at the Start

コミュニケーション行動は、他者との共感のもと他者の行動を模倣する形で信号をやりとりし、結果として内的・外的な報酬を得ることから成り立つ。コミュニケーション行動をこれらの認知システム間の相互作用として捉えることで、その本質的な理解が進むはずだ。本研究は鳥類、齧歯類、ヒトを含む霊長類まで、多様な動物種の多彩なコミュニケーション行動を対象として、神経回路から行動までを統合的に理解しようとするものである。
