Outline of Research at the Start

この研究では、原子核中における中間子質量変化現象の存在を確立し、さらに、質量変化の運動量依存性(原子核物質中での分散関係)をはじめて測定する。申請者が実験代表者であるJ-PARC E16実験は、これまでの科研費で、8モジュールからなる第一期スペクトロメータを完成、J-PARC高運動量ビームラインで試運転を開始しており、2023年度の試運転ではビームの改良が行われる。検出器モジュールの追加をしつつ、2024年度と2026年度の二回の物理データ収集ビームタイムにより、原子核内のクォーク凝縮を導出し、また質量変化の運動量依存性を得る。
