Outline of Research at the Start

数ミリ角の半導体チップに集積した大規模光フェーズドアレイにコンピュテーショナルイメージング手法を適用することで，超小型かつ高性能な近赤外イメージングデバイスの実現を目指す。まず，非冗長アレイ型光フェーズドアレイを搭載した光波合成・検出素子を作製し，ランダム構造化照明によるロバストなイメージング機能を実証する。さらに，光フェーズドアレイに適したイメージングアルゴリズムを開発することで，高速波面計測を可能にする。最終的には，光学素子をワンチップに集積した近赤外コンピュテーショナルイメージングデバイスを実現し，超小型・安価・省電力IoTデバイスに展開することを目指す。
