Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、組織に蓄積した老化細胞を標的とした治療法の基盤を確立するため、下記の項目を達成することを目標とする。
1. 加齢に伴う老化細胞の除去障害メカニズムを明らかにする
2. 老化細胞の多様性を明らかにすることで個別化された抗老化治療を開発する
3. ヒト老化細胞の評価系を確立しヒト老化細胞除去治療の臨床的具現性を検証する
