Outline of Research at the Start

地域的機構の役割が重視されるなか、国際平和活動においても国連と地域的機構の協働が一つの潮流となっている。こうした協働は国連憲章起草時に想定されていたものではなく、また、協働のための法的根拠も多様であるため、責任問題を含めて両者の関係を規律する法的枠組みは明確にはなっていない。本研究では、国連と地域的機構が協働する国際平和活動の事例分析を通じて、両者の関係を規律する法的枠組みがいかなるものかを明らかにする。その上で、この検討から複数の国際組織が関わる行為に適用される国際責任法理について考察する。
