Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、国際機構の内部法規範に関する研究を体系化することである。具体的には、国際機構内部には設立文書を頂点とした法秩序がある。機構の総会や理事会等が定める規則や、各機関・加盟国の実行による慣習規範等さまざまな規範を整理し、その生成メカニズムを明らかにすることが本研究の内容となる。本研究の将来的展開として、本研究は、国際機構に関わるあらゆる法規範の体系である「国際機構法体系」の全容を将来把握する上で、その極めて重要な柱をなす研究であり、学界にインパクトを与えうる十分な学術的意義を有することになる。
