Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、犯罪の組織化・国際化に伴い、その1つの対策としてのアンダーカバー・オペレーションの機能化・国際化が進展していることを踏まえ、コモンロー諸国、とりわけ、オーストラリアおよびカナダにおけるアンダーカバー・オペレーションの機能性と法的規律のバランスに着目しながら、各国の取組みの動向について比較研究を行い、わが国への示唆を得る。
