Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、概要的には、従来、実務の指針となるべき学術的・理論的な研究が進んでいない領域である、倒産法における債権者ないし利害関係人の手続権について、研究代表者のこれまでの研究活動を踏まえつつ、比較法としては主にドイツ倒産法を参考として、その内容を検討・考察し、もって倒産法の基礎理論の構築に向けて第一歩を進めようとするものである。
