Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、企業に対し、サステナビリティの考慮（労働者等の幅広いステークホルダーの利益の適切な考慮）を求めることで、負の外部性の問題や分配上の問題を緩和すべきとする議論（サステナビリティ論）につき、会社法がどのように対応すべきかという喫緊の重要な問題を取り上げ、分析を加えることにある。また、その前提作業として、関係法律の中でも特に重要である労働法を取り上げ、会社法研究者と労働法研究者の共同研究という形で、会社法と労働法との役割分担としてどのようなものが望ましいのかの検討を行うところ、そうした検討自体も価値を有すると考えられる。
