Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、家族企業と非家族企業が危機に対してどのように対処するかを明らかにすることである。そのために、外部ショックとしてアジア金融危機 (1998)、Lehman Shock (2008)、Covid-19を利用して家族企業と非家族企業が経済危機の前後でどのように戦略を変化させたかを考察することで、家族企業と非家族企業の本質的な違いを明らかにし、そこから業績の差異を捉えるのが研究の概要である。
