Outline of Research at the Start

1980年代以降、情報技術の劇的進化により生じた事業構造転換とグローバル化という経済・ビジネス環境の変化に対応するために、日本企業は、内部労働市場的調整という手法で中核的従業員の人的資源管理の柔軟化を試みた。その取り組みの内実、その成果と限界がどの程度であったのかを、重工業大企業を対象に、競争力の担い手となった技術者のキャリア構造に焦点を当てて、その実態を個別企業の人事データ・一次資料、インタビュー調査などにより歴史実証的に解明する。
