Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、地方におけるサテライトオフィス集積地のフィールドワークを通じて、従来の経営学が想定してきた生産性概念と豊かさを問い直し、これからのわれわれの働き方・生き方に向けて、生産性概念と豊かさを再構成していく論点を導き出す。地方におけるサテライトオフィス集積地に根ざした生産性に対する独特な考え方や、地方独自の豊かさを検討するために、サテライトオフィス集積地のフィールドワークを行う。さらに、経営学が想定してきた生産性概念と豊かさに関する系統的なレビューに基づいて、地方の仕事の進め方や豊かさを検討し、そこから得られた知見から再度学説史を振り返ることで生産性概念と豊かさを問い直す論点を導き出す。
