| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、企業の生産性向上にとって重要なインタンジブルズである人的資本等に心理的資本がどのように影響するかに注目し、企業業績との関係についても明らかにすることを目的とする。
また、インタンジブルズとしての人的資本等にストレスなどの心理的側面がどのように影響するかにも注目し、健康資本と企業業績との関係についても明らかにしたい。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度は、まず、当該研究に必要な心理的資本に関する先行研究をレビューし、研究デザインを構築した。また、この段階では、広く心理的資本と人的資本等の関係について整理した。具体的な分析方法については、先行研究を参考に研究デザインを構築し、質問票の作成等の準備を行った。また、アジア太平洋管理会計学会(APMAA)のAPMAA2023 Annual Conferenceにおいて、インドネシアのUniversitas Trisakti主催によるオンライン大会に出席し、Academic Paper Sessions Day 3-2で発表を行うとともにDiscussantを担当した(2023/10/24～26)。国内の学会においても、日本管理会計学会全国大会において本研究科大学院生とともに研究発表を行った(2023/8/30)。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
国家試験の出題委員を担当し、採点業務にも時間が取られたこともあり、研究はやや遅れている状況である。 また、研究手法について新たに統計手法等を取り入れることを検討しているが、この点についても準備に時間がかかっているため。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
研究手法について心理学的手法やメタ分析等の新たな知見を取り入れることを検討しているが、統計に関する専門家の助言も受けて早急に準備を整えたい。また、質問票調査以外の客観的データ収集も検討したい。
