| Outline of Research at the Start |
人口減少やITの普及とともに雇用環境が激変するなか、サービス業における若年労働者不足の解消の道筋がみえない状況である。従来、労働者不足に喘いでいたサービス業は、法改正で高齢者雇用が推進される状況でも依然として厳しい。そこで、本研究は、慢性的な労働者不足に悩む地域密着型のサービス業において、地域の高齢者雇用をいかにして推進するかを明らかにすることを目的として実施する。

2024年度に調査を予定していた静岡県での聞き取り調査を先行して実施した。その成果は、5月発行の図書にまとめられている。
また、高齢者雇用に関する調査票の修正等を行った。

Reason
2024年度に予定していた聞き取り調査を先行的に行ったため、量的調査の日程がずれ込んでしまった。ただ、実施予定の調査がすでに一部、終わっていることもあり、大幅な遅れというほどではない。
