Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、災害発生時に一般避難所等において災害時要配慮者等に対して支援を行う「災害派遣福祉チーム（DWAT:Disaster Welfare Assistance Team）の養成、活動に有用な教材開発を目的に行う調査研究である。
一般避難所での派遣支援活動を経験した、DWAT登録員を対象にしたインタビュー調査、活動記録等の資料収集を行い、DWAT登録員の活動の場や内容、関係職種・機関との連携等に着眼した分析を行う。これらの結果をもとに、近年の特徴である台風等の影響による「局所的被害・短期的支援」の対応をふまえた福祉的課題への支援事例集を作成し、災害時要配慮支援活動の向上を目指す。
