Outline of Research at the Start	多様化・複雑化する生活課題の解決に向けて、事例検討会は必須のものとなっている。さらに、地域課題への対応やサービスの質の確保、高い専門性等が社会から要請され、求められる機能がより高度化している。近年では、スーパービジョン機能を有する事例検討会の実践が注目されているが、参加メンバーであるスーパーバイジーに関する研究は十分とはいえない。本研究の目的は、スーパービジョン機能を有する事例検討会において、スーパーバイジーの省察を促し成長に資する評価指標の作成と教育プログラムの開発である。スーパーバイジーの実践場面から、機能と役割を解明、評価指標を作成し、この評価指標を用いた教育プログラムを開発する。
