Outline of Research at the Start	企業の障害者雇用は、組織の大規模化、組織構成員・就業形態の多様化、支援ニーズの複雑化が進行するなかで、今後企業に求められるのは中長期のキャリア形成を基盤としたより高度な人材マネジメントである。中長期にかけては個人の自律的キャリアの形成がモチベーションの向上に繋がり、長期雇用の促進要因となる。そこに求められる職業能力評価は、職場で通用する実践的なスキルだけではなく、長年の業務により培われた思考特性や行動特性をどのように評価するかが重要である。本研究では、キャリア形成が難しいとされる障害者のエンプロイアビリティ）に焦点をあて、中長期のキャリア開発を企図するキャリアマネジメントモデルを構築する。。
