Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では多次元に渡る社会的排除問題のひとつとして存在する、行政の支援情報の社会的排除状態にある者への未達に着目する。この観点から研究仮説を、社会的排除の状態は情報交換ネットワークの孤立化からもたらされるとし、研究の目的を孤立状態が生まれる条件の探求とする。そして研究手法として、様々な条件で情報交換ネットワーク形成のエージェント・シミュレーションモデルを構築し、社会的排除状態がどういう条件で生起し解消するのかを明らかにする。
