Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、働く世代の脳卒中患者の就労定着に至る過程と、その過程における就労定着の課題と効果的に作用する要因を、脳卒中患者や就労先スタッフ等、就労定着に関与する人々も含めた参加型アクションリサーチの方法で調査、解決策立案と実行、検証を行うことである．研究期間1年目は脳卒中者が就労している企業へのプレ調査を行い、おおまかな課題を把握する。2年目は具体的な課題を把握するために脳卒中当事者とその関係者にインタビュー調査を実施する。3年目は前年までに明らかとなった課題を解決する計画を立て実践していく。その都度リフレクションし行動計画を修正していく。4年目は就労定着に至る課題と解決策を明確にする。
