Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、①日本の精神保健福祉の現場において「権利擁護なき保護(Protection without Advocacy)」がなぜ・どのように機能しているのか、を明確にすると共に、②その現状を乗り越え、権利擁護と保護を両立させた先駆的実践がなぜ可能だったのかを探り、 ③両立支援が可能になるための支援者や支援組織の変容課題を明確にすることを目的とする。
