Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は，事故が多発する保育・教育施設内の食物アレルギーの給食対応について，先行研究で集積されたインシデント・アクシデント報告の事例分析及び根本要因分析を行い，患児の臨床症状との関連を鑑みた再発防止策を検討する．次に，給食提供時に保護者と学校栄養士が行う献立チェック業務のミスを防ぐために，原因食物検索を自動化した支援アプリケーション（以下アプリ）を開発する．さらに，福岡市内にて本プロトタイプを用いたパイロットスタディを行い，実行可能性について検証する．
