Outline of Research at the Start

現地フィールド調査によるインベントリー、野草の利用に関する食文化と伝統智に関するホームステイによる参与観察と聞き取り調査、文献調査をおこない、これらの結果を統合し、データベース化する。対象とした地域での植物利用の特徴を、ネパール国内地域ごとに比較し、また照葉樹林文化圏隣接地域と比較検討して、地域の固有性と多様性を明らかにする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ネパールヒマラヤを中心としたフロラについて、さく葉標本の確認と精査を実施し、調査予定地域に生育する植物のリストを作成し、また、ネパールでの民族植物学的研究文献調査を行った。2023年度は予定していたネパール調査は実施しなかったものの、比較対象となるミャンマー照葉樹林帯での食文化について、一般家庭にて一週間の食事を記録し、野生植物の利用について現地調査を実施するとともに、青空市場にて野生植物の販売状況について調査を実施した。

Reason

予定していたネパールヒマラヤで現地調査を、所属先の体制により実施することができなかった。
文献調査および比較対象としたミャンマーにおける現地調査のみを実施した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

研究を継続するにあたり、初年度に充実させた文献調査にもとづき、今年度より最終年度まで、現地調査を実施することとする。
