Outline of Research at the Start	子どもの数はどんどん減っているのに、保育者（幼稚園教諭・保育士・認定こども園の保育教諭）が足りない。早期退職者や潜在保育者（免許・資格を持っていても保育職に就いていない者）が多いためである。その主因は、負担の大きい労働環境であると言われているが、見直すべき保育業務の内容や現状は、不明瞭で曖昧である。そこで本研究では、保育者の声を聞く手法に先端技術（ウェアラブルセンサによる保育者行動の自動認識）を組み合わせ、保育業務を可視化することで、保育業務の適正化（合理化、ＩＴＣ化、分業化等）の方向性を提案し、保育者支援を目指す。
