Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、幼児における身体の発育が跳躍動作におよぼす影響を検討し、幼児が跳
躍動作を習得する過程を明らかにすることである。幼児期は神経系の発達が著しく、様々な動作を獲得するため、この時期にこどもが動作を習得していく過程を明らかにすることは、幼児期の効果的な運動指導のために重要である。本研究では、運動課題が僅かに異なる複数の跳躍動作の習得過程を身体の発育量と関連づけて明らかにする。幼児では、身体の大きさや特性が大人と大きく異なるため、運動のメカニズムも大人とは異なっている可能性があると考えられるため、本研究により幼児期のこどもへの効果的な運動指導に役立つ知見が得られることが期待される。
