Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、人間は傷つきやすい脆弱（vulnerable）な存在であることを前提に、セルフ・アドボカシーの手法を家庭科に導入し、孤立・孤独を防ぎ地域や公的支援につなげ、ジェンダー平等な系統的家庭科教育カリキュラムを実証的に研究することである。日本でも孤立・孤独が進み、地域コミュニティなどへの関わりが希薄化、男性の方が孤立者の出現率が高い事が指摘されている。現状では、孤立・孤独に対して、支援を求めることが必要であるが、人々が声をあげることにためらいがあると指摘されており、本研究は小・中・高校の家庭科教育にセルフ・アドボカシーの手法を導入し、家庭と地域の人々と共に生きることに接近を試みる。
