Outline of Research at the Start

初年次教育が学生の自己効力感や意識・意欲の醸成にどのように影響を与え、その結果、大学時代にどのような選択と経験を重ねて進路を決定したかを調査・分析することにより、グローバル化時代における効果的な初年次教育の在り方を提案する。
具体的には、グローバル市民育成を目的とした初年次教育科目履修者に対して、複数回のアンケート及びインタビュー調査を行う。初年次教育終了後、授業を通じた学習体験と学び・スキルや知識の習得、将来ビジョンとその意欲の入学前との変化を調査する。更に、2～4年次に在学中の行動・経験とその選択理由、意識・行動とキャリアビジョンの変化を調査し、初年次教育で鍵となる学習体験を抽出する。
