Outline of Research at the Start	都道府県・政令指定都市教育員会を対象としたICT機器・支援機器の整備状況・活用状況に関する調査による全国的動向の整理と研究協力校における学校現場のＩＣＴ機器・支援機器の活用状況の把握と活用推進体制構築を通じて、特別支援学校におけるICT機器・支援機器の活用推進体制構築のための検証を行い、検証の成果をもとに活用推進のためのガイドラインの開発を行うことで、特別支援学校におけるICT機器・支援機器の推進を図るものである。特にGIGAスクール構想による一人一台端末と入出力支援装置の導入が学校現場における活用推進体制の整備にどのような影響を与えたかを考察する。
