Outline of Research at the Start |
This 3-study project seeks to identify factors that would increase the mental health and pro-environmental behaviours among working adults who live a relatively sedentary lifestyle. The study asks these questions: what is the association between natural spaces, mental health, and pro-environmental behaviours? Can the association between nature exposure and pro-environmental behaviours be explained by connectedness with nature and perceived sacredness of nature?
