Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、これまでの課題研究で開発した「力学的にタフなクレイナノコンポジットゲルおよびナノファイバーコンポジットゲル」を基にして、バイオマテリアルに適した力学的にタフなコンポジットハイドロゲルを作製し、以下の点について明らかにする。（１）細胞培養に必要な多孔性のネットワークを有し、かつ力学的にタフなコンポジットハイドロゲルの作製方法を確立する（２）バイオマテリアルに必要な条件（生分解性、無毒性、炎症反応を起こさない）を満たす構成要素から成る多孔性でタフなコンポジットゲルの簡便な作製方法を確立する（３）幹細胞の接着・増殖・分化に適したコンポジットゲルの構造および力学性能を明らかにする。
