Outline of Research at the Start

研究代表者らのグループがアイデア・仮説を提案し，その検証にも成功した「渦糸ソリトンによる高速火炎伝播機構」という燃焼学分野における独自の成果を，脱炭素に向けた次世代の「水素・アンモニア燃焼場」の燃焼安定性向上などに応用することが目的である．具体的には数値流体力学（CFD）的手法により，渦の直径や循環などの条件が火炎伝播速度に及ぼす影響を調べ，水素・アンモニア燃焼場における逆火や吹き飛びなどの抑制・安定化への応用可能性を検討する．
