Outline of Research at the Start

大都市では，建物を敷地の境界線一杯に建てることが多い。その場合，隅の柱芯が杭芯と二方向に偏心することになる。隅の柱は，斜めの地震力により大きな圧縮力を受けるため，パイルキャップ（柱と杭が交差する接合部）には過密な配筋が必要とされる。敷地に余裕がある場合であっても，地下の設備や既存構造の存在などの理由により偏心が生じることが頻繁に生じる。本研究は，このパイルキャップの釣合モデルを実験と数値解析により導く。このモデルに基づき，重力と地震力に対して十分に強いだけでなく，建設コストにも配慮した設計法を提案する。
