Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、これまでの研究成果から見えてきた「蛍光プローブ動態」という課題に着目し、これを克服した分子を創製することを目的とする。これによって、がん細胞におけるGSTP1の活性を一細胞レベルで検出・比較することを可能とし、多剤耐性能を持つがんにおけるGSTP1の役割を明らかにすることで、新たな治療法・治療薬の開発につなげる。
