Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、タンパク質クライシスなどの食料問題対策、温暖化・余剰窒素などの環境対策の一つと期待されている消費者のプラントベースフードの選択促進にどのような「行動インサイト（行動科学の知見）」が有効であるのか、スマートフォンの家計簿アプリを活用した購買データを収集し、ランダム化比較試験（Randomized Controlled Trial: RCT）を用いたフィード実験によって検証する。
