Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、感覚統合の神経メカニズムを解明するために、感覚統合を誘起する行動タスクをマウスに学習させ、タスク中の大脳皮質における神経活動を広域カルシウムイメージングを用いて計測することで、感覚統合関連神経活動とその発現部位を明らかにすることを目的とする。一方、広域イメージングデータは、行動を担う皮質サブネットワークの入力・中継・出力が混ざり合って観察され、かつ、マウスが実験者が意図しない行動を取ることで神経活動も大きく変容してしまうため、その解釈が非常に難しい。そこで、遺伝学的ツールによって皮質サブネットワークを区別した上で、ビデオによる行動解析を組み合わせることでこれらの問題の解決を図る。
