Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では血液由来の糖ペプチド成分中から臨床現場で要求される診断性能を有した腫瘍マーカーを見出し、それらの成分の高速分析手法を確立する。先ず、申請者が開発した新規糖ペプチド分析法を血液由来糖ペプチド分析用に最適化し、その分析法を用いて、健常者と複数種のがん患者血液由来の糖ペプチドを比較解析し、マーカーとなりる糖ペプチドを特定する。さらに、特定したマーカー候補糖ペプチドを高速で分析するため、マイクロチップ電気泳動法等の小型且つ高速分析が可能な分析技術を応用した糖ペプチド分析手法を開発する。
