Outline of Research at the Start

抗原-抗体複合体にはカラダが何を異物として認識したかの情報が高い安定性で保存されている。この複合体を精密質量分析し、異物である抗原タンパク質とともに、異物化した部分構造（エピトープ）を特定する。得られたエピトープ情報をもとに腫瘍細胞のみをピンポイントに免疫治療できる方法の開発につなげる。本研究では、このコンセプト立証研究を膀胱癌で試みる。
