Outline of Research at the Start	浸潤性膵管癌（Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, PDAC）は早期発見が極めて困難であり、全癌種の中で最も予後が悪い癌の1つである。近年、PDACの前癌病変であるPanINが発見されて以来、その病因・病態の解明がPDACの早期診断や治療法開発を促進すると期待されているが、PanINがどのように悪性形質を獲得してPDACへと進行するのか、その分子機構は未だ解明されていない。本研究ではゲノム編集技術を用いた解析を駆使し、癌悪性形質を誘導する決定的因子を同定することで、PDAC発生の分子基盤解明を試みる。
