Outline of Research at the Start

胆嚢癌は進行した状態で発見されることが多く、他の癌種と比べその予後は不良である。肥満や脂質異常症は胆嚢癌の危険因子とされるが、胆嚢癌細胞の表現型に対する脂肪酸の役割はよく知られていない。本研究では、脂肪酸の中でも特に不飽和脂肪酸がヒト胆嚢癌細胞の表現型に及ぼす影響について研究を行う。不飽和脂肪酸を胆嚢癌細胞に負荷後、細胞増殖能、脂肪滴量等を観察する。また、不飽和脂肪酸負荷後の胆嚢癌細胞における脂肪酸受容体の発現を検討し、細胞増殖に関する脂肪酸受容体の関与について検討する。
