Outline of Research at the Start	本研究課題においては、IL-18誘導性NK細胞およびγδ型T細胞の抗原提示能の検討と、αβ型T細胞への免疫橋渡し機能に関して細胞生物学的な検討を行い、免疫チェックポイント阻害剤併用療法の抗腫瘍作用を最大化するための基盤を確立することを目的とする。具体的には、IL-18誘導性NK細胞・γδ型T細胞とαβ型T細胞との相互作用を検討し、最終エフェクター細胞であるαβ型T細胞の細胞障害性や、サイトカイン産生などのエフェクター機能にどのような影響を及ぼすのか免疫学的解析を行う。
