Outline of Research at the Start	患者血漿中のcell-free（cf）DNAは、癌細胞の遺伝子異常の情報を保持しており、低侵襲的に、また連続的に採取することができるため、ホルモン療法によって変化する情報を、治療効果判定のモニタリング因子として使用できる可能性がある。本研究では、乳がん患者150例の血漿中のcfDNAを用いて、上記26遺伝子座をハイブリッドキャプチャー法にてディープシーケンシングした結果から、ホルモン療法の感受性に影響するゲノム不安定性を導きだし、治療効果予測因子としての可能性や、予後との関連を検討する。
