Outline of Research at the Start

臨床病理学的な方法でTNBCの悪性挙動特に化学療法剤に対する抵抗性とTJA-IIの結合性が相関する事を示しつつあるので、本研究ではTJA-II結合性糖鎖を持つ糖タンパク質を同定し、TJA-II結合性上昇機構を病理標本とTNBC細胞株を対象に解明する。TJA-II結合性上昇と悪性挙動との因果関係を解明する。糖鎖とポリペプチド部分の両方が重要であることを検証しつつ、両方を同時に認識する高い特異性を持つモノクローナル抗体を作製する。
