Outline of Research at the Start

へき地の専門医不足はいまだ深刻で、医療の均てん化を測ることは重要課題である。循環器疾患において、超音波検査は診断・病態把握のために非常に有用であるが、超音波専門医不在の地域も多い。へき地にいても都市部と同等レベルの超音波診療を受けられるよう、①遠隔超音波検査システムを秋田県内で確立する②さらにロボット遠隔操作を加えたリアルタイム遠隔超音波検査システムの開発を目指す、を目的に本研究を行う。本研究を進めることにより超音波診療の均てん化がなされ、循環器疾患の早期発見・治療開始につながることが期待できる。
