関節リウマチ(RA)関連間質性肺病変(RA-ILD)は生命予後に重大な影響を及ぼしうるが、病態の解明・治療法の確立は未だ不十分である。ILDのバイオマーカーKL-6, SP-Dは感度が低いため、リウマチ診療で使い難く、新規RA-ILDバイオマーカーが渇望されている。それにもかかわらず、RA-ILDのバイオマーカーの報告は少ない。そこで、網羅的な血清蛋白質同定法でRA-ILDに出現する新規蛋白質バイオマーカーを探しだすことを計画した。疾患プロテオミクス解析とReplication studyで候補血清蛋白質を選び、ELISAによる検証を行う。

関節リウマチ(RA)関連間質性肺病変(RA-ILD)は生命予後に重大な影響を及ぼしうるが、病態の解明・治療法の確立は未だ不十分である。ILDのバイオマーカーKL-6, SP-Dは感度が低いため、リウマチ診療で使い難く、新規RA-ILDバイオマーカーが渇望されている。それにもかかわらず、RA-ILDのバイオマーカーの報告は少ない。そこで、網羅的な血清蛋白質同定法でRA-ILDに出現する新規蛋白質バイオマーカーを探しだすことを計画した。新規特異的血清蛋白質測定法の感度は高く、サイトカイン類などの微量蛋白質も測定可能である。疾患プロテオミクス解析とReplication studyで候補血清蛋白質を選び、ELISAによる検証を行う。RA-ILDのバイオマーカーを開発し、病因・病態を解明する過程で、RA-ILDの診断法・治療法の確立上、多数の有用な知見が見いだされると期待される。
