Outline of Research at the Start	治療抵抗性統合失調症の唯一の治療薬であるクロザピンは、高い抗精神病作用の一方で、種々の副作用のコントロールに難渋する課題がある。その中でもクロザピン誘発性流涎症（CIS）は発現頻度が高い副作用である。本研究ではCISモデル動物を用いてCISの病態生理を探索し、将来の治療薬開発を目的としている。
