| Outline of Research at the Start |
「内発性」の障害は、多くの精神疾患に共通して認められ、生活や人生の困難を引き起こす中心的な要因である。しかし診療や検査という場面での検討が難しいため、内発性症状の脳機構の解明は意外なほどに進んでいない。それは、コンピュータと比較した脳機能の最大の特徴である「内発性」を検討できていないためである。そこで本研究は、内発的に行動を行っているリアルワールドの脳画像を近赤外線スペクトロスコピィNIRSや脳磁図MEGを用いて検討することで、精神疾患における「内発性症状」の脳基盤を明らかにし、その回復を図る手がかりを明らかにすることを目的とする。
