Outline of Research at the Start

うつ病の再発に先行して，睡眠・覚醒状態の変化が出現することが多くの研究で明らかにされている．しかし，一般診療で得られる横断的かつ主観的な睡眠評価は時間分解能や予測感度が低く，また睡眠状態の変化が再発に先行する期間が不明であるなどの理由から，うつ病の再発予測に睡眠モニタリングが一般診療で広く活用されるに至っていない．
そこで本研究では，同一患者を病相期－寛解期－再発時にかけて追跡し，在宅でも測定可能なePROおよび複数の生体センシングデバイスを用い，睡眠および行動，生理パラメータを連続測定する．得られた縦断データから特徴量の抽出を行い，機械学習によってうつ病の再発を説明する予測モデルを構築する．

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ePROや睡眠デバイスのテストランを行いながら，研究の参加者の候補をブラッシュアップしている．現在，研究計画を倫理委員会で審議中であり，2024年5月からリクルート開始予定である．
